Evaluation of the Project

All project activities, headmost the COI Master Class and the training courses, have been continuously monitored and evaluated. Increased attention has been laid upon the implementation of the different modules and on the coherence between the modules in order ensure that the overall objectives of the project could be achieved. Particular attention has also been paid to the sustainability and long term impact. Additionally, the advice and input of a group of external consultants from UNHCR, the European Commission, ECRE, the IARLJ and the Oddyseus Network - a Reference Groups - has been sought at various stages of the project. In June 2007, the Reference Group met in Vienna to discuss the sustainability of the project activities.
